Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
Missions / Service Dimensions
The Service Provider will:

Follow up on the supply of Wellhead System components and associated tooling
-
Supervise the quality process implemented by contractors in the plant
-
Supervise contractor HSE activities to ensure project HSE objectives, personnel safety, construction integrity, environmental protection, and preservation of company reputation
Activities
The Service Provider will liaise with the Subsea HSE Lead, Delivery Lead, Materials & Welding Lead, and Quality Lead
HSE & Compliance
The Service Holder shall:

Fully comply with site security, health, and safety instructions, maintaining continuous awareness of hazards

Ensure HSE contractual requirements and compliance with HSE documentation are applied by contractors through daily supervision and visible company presence on site

Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding H3SE rules, requirements, and mandatory trainings
-
Report issues/anomalies through site systems and enforce STOP WORK authority when required
-
Ensure risk assessments are conducted when necessary, management of change processes are followed, and toolbox talks are performed effectively
-
Uphold company ethics and code of conduct policies and reinforce the Anti-Corruption Program
Quality Supervision
The Service Holder will supervise implementation of the quality process in the plant, ensuring:

Quality assurance and quality control are properly managed
-
Inspection, testing programs, and quality regimes are defined and followed
Work Tasks
The Service Holder will follow up, expedite, ensure quality, and verify adherence to specifications for the Well Control System and associated tooling:

Attend all pre-production meetings
-
Define and follow contractor and vendor schedules
-
Monitor contractor progress
-
Attend all testing activities and ensure required reporting is completed
-
Permanently monitor site works
-
Identify technical, procurement, or resource constraints that may affect schedule
-
Follow up on mechanical completion, documentation, packing, and shipment preparation
-
Liaise with Delivery Manager and Quality Lead
-
Issue weekly reports detailing status, look-ahead, and quality issues
-
Supervise day-to-day contractor and vendor activities and witness fabrication tasks
-
Ensure prompt issuance of dispatch dossiers, including all certificates
-
Ensure timely finalization of manufacturing record books
-
Assess and monitor welding and qualification programs
-
Assess and monitor testing programs to ensure equipment and tooling are fit for intended service
-
Monitor testing/qualification program impacts on schedule
Context & Environment
The service is part of a major offshore Suriname development project, involving deep and shallow water discoveries
-
Key project challenges include reservoir management, FPSO development, and subsea production/injection systems
-
Objectives include optimizing reserves, schedule, and costs while reducing greenhouse gas emissions and maintaining high technical quality and H3SE standards

Qualifications & Experience Required
-
Experience with Well Control products and tooling
-
Strong understanding of testing regimes across all phases (factory acceptance, stack-up, site-receival)
-
Knowledge of applicable quality regimes
-
Knowledge of manufacturing sequences and associated quality controls
-
Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience
-
Fluent in English; French preferable

Minimum 15 years of professional experience

Minimum 15 years’ experience working on projects
