Communications Advisor - Project Level (Medior)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Communications Advisor to support major infrastructure and energy projects in the Gelderland region. This role involves developing and implementing communication strategies that ensure stakeholder engagement and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication plans for regional projects with a proactive approach.
- Organize stakeholder consultations, information meetings, and engagement sessions.
- Draft clear, accessible content including press releases, reports, and other communication materials.
- Liaise with local authorities, companies, residents, and other project stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for national programs related to infrastructure replacement projects.
- Collaborate with regional and national teams to maintain alignment and consistency in communications.
Requirements
- HBO or equivalent higher vocational education.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a communications advisor, ideally in infrastructure, energy, or technical projects.
- Proven ability to develop and implement communication plans and hands-on communication initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and spokesperson skills.
- Familiarity with online and offline communication tools.
- Proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic about contributing to large-scale projects.
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Additional Information
- Hybrid working is possible; office presence required 2-3 times per week.
- Pre-employment screening and Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) required before starting.
- Candidate must have valid proof of identity.
- Availability for the full contract period is required.
- The role falls under the TenneT collective labor agreement, scale 8.
