Job Title: Client Representative for Foundations
Location: Port of Rønne, Rønne, Demark - 100% onshore
Client: Leading Global Green Energy Major - Wind
Assignment Length: 31 st December 2026 with potential to extend
Work Schedule: January 2026 - April/May 2026: Mon-Fri schedule for Monopile transport, Secondary Steel
May-December 2026: 1 week on / 1 week off rotations.
Description:
The Client is looking for 1 Feederport Client Representative in Rønne, for BAL02 FOU. The consultant should be local to Bornholm/Rønne, or the region DK/SWE.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate record of all relevant port activities on a daily basis throughout the execution phase
- Ensure that all relevant approved procedures and risk assessments are followed by the contractor
- Ensure the Contractor proactively manages safety and quality
- Act, behave and lead by example according to the Client values
- Witness load-in activities and fill out the required transfer documents
Tasks
- Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPR) as required
- Ensure the DPRs are signed by all required parties
- Review and understand RA/MS and QHSE documents as required before execution phase commences and keep updated on changes in the documents
- Attend daily meetings, toolbox talks and any other discussions to ensure that the works are being carried out in a safe manner to the required quality
- During all defined key activities and otherwise as often as practicable be present as a witness during load-in and load-out activities. Access all work areas provided it is safe to do so
- Participate in safety walks with HSE representatives from the client and Contractor organisations
- Synergi reporting as required by the specific package and project from incidents and from safety walks

The Client Rep. has no contractual authority, except for the authority to intervene or stop the operation in case of safety, quality infringements or the procedures not being followed by the Contractors. In addition to this Client Rep is authorised to fill out and sign Transfer of Care documents
Requirements:
- Place of assignment: Port of Rønne (Bornholm), DK
- 100% onshore based role
- GWO required: Working at heights (for Secondary Steel inspection)
- January 2026 - April/May 2026: Mon-Fri schedule for Monopile transport, Secondary Steel
- May-December 2026: 1 week on / 1 week off rotations.
- Travel to and from home location and port of Rønne will be covered by expenses.
- Accommodation will be provided by the Client, or covered by expenses.
