Structural Engineer (High-Rise Buildings)

Role Summary
We are seeking a qualified Civil/Structural Engineer with strong experience in high-rise buildings to support structural design development, review, and coordination. The candidate must be well-versed in local authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and develop Structural Design (SD) packages in line with project requirements
- Convert Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings into Structural Design (SD) as required
- Provide structural design calculations and detailed drawings when needed
- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines for design integration
- Review shop drawings and material submittals for structural compliance
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and applicable codes
- Support technical reviews, design clarifications, and resolve site-related structural issues
- Participate in project meetings and provide engineering input
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Valid Dubai Municipality license (G+Unlimited) is mandatory
- 5–8 years of experience in high-rise building projects
- Strong experience in structural design, SD & IFC review, and detailing
- Familiarity with Dubai regulations and international design standards
- Experience in large-scale developer-led projects is advantageous
- Strong coordination and communication skills
