Job Purpose:
The Civil & Structural Specialist will provide technical and construction expertise for a large-scale infrastructure project. This role involves supervising and monitoring construction activities related to civil, steel structure, and architectural works, ensuring compliance with approved construction sequences, project requirements, safety standards, quality, schedule, cost objectives, and company specifications. The role also includes daily interaction with the construction team and contractor organization to ensure project goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor civil, steel structure, and architectural works within the project.

Ensure compliance with approved construction sequences, safety, quality, and company specifications.

Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure that all construction activities are aligned with project objectives.

Ensure all project tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Lead the development and review of construction procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.

Provide guidance and leadership to the construction team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Ensure that all project activities comply with local regulations and international standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
Knowledge and Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience working on large projects within the construction sector, particularly in civil and structural disciplines related to Oil & Gas.

Extensive experience working with construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, and hook-up processes.

Proven ability to manage large-scale construction activities and to coordinate with multiple teams.

Familiarity with design standards, specifications, and codes, especially related to fabrication, transport, installation, and brownfield execution.

Understanding of offshore and onshore facilities, as well as yard operations.

Experience in managing the risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.

High proficiency in written and spoken English.

Computer literacy, with proficiency in professional office and technical applications.
