Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Change Management Consultant to join a leading renewable energy engineering team. This role will support multi-disciplinary engineering activities, managing technical changes for both major and minor offshore wind components. You'll also assist regional teams with change management, process optimisation, and development initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and futureproofing operational excellence.

This is a great chance to take co-ownership of the Management of Change (MoC) process - ensuring it remains robust, effective, and aligned with the organisation's growth and innovation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the change desk and manage technical changes through the Management of Change (MoC) process.
  • Provide ongoing support to regional teams on change management tools and procedures.
  • Monitor, track, and report on change activities to maintain visibility and accountability across projects.
  • Support continuous improvement of MoC systems and processes to align with evolving business requirements.
  • Define requirements for new tools and digital solutions that enhance efficiency and process reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and business functions to ensure smooth implementation of change initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in product lifecycle or change management, ideally involving technical or IT-related changes.
  • Strong background in operations, combining technical and commercial understanding.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • Highly analytical, proactive, and structured in approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Desirable Attributes

  • Familiarity with management systems and change control platforms.
  • Experience in renewable energy, engineering, or technology-driven environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international setting.
