Job Title: Business Administrator
Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar
Working Schedule: 5 days per week
Contract Term: 24 months (with possibility of extension)
Start Date: November 2025
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Administrator to provide essential support across finance, contracts, and project administration. The role will involve SAP data management, invoice verification, reporting, and coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders. This is a dynamic position suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, organise, and update data in SAP and other corporate systems
- Support post-award contracts administration and documentation control
- Verify and process contractor and vendor invoices in line with contractual terms
- Prepare financial and administrative reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Assist with project cost breakdown structures and budgeting support
- Act as a key reference point for business processes, practices, and efficiency improvements
- Ensure databases are accurate, reliable, and properly maintained
- Provide cross-departmental administrative support to engineering, contracts, and finance teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a business administration role, ideally within the oil and gas sector
- Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
