Position Title: Assistant Project Manager - Sitework & Landscaping Construction

Overview
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager with experience in commercial sitework, landscaping, or hardscaping construction. This role supports Project Managers in delivering high-profile residential and commercial projects, covering paving, concrete, grading, drainage, and landscape construction.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating all phases of sitework and landscaping projects
- Support scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking across multiple active projects
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain project timelines
- Monitor field operations including paving, demolition, excavation, grading, and drainage installations
- Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
- Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and project documentation
- Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the job site
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in sitework, paving, concrete, excavation, drainage, or landscaping projects
- Hands-on knowledge of exterior construction methods and sequencing
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, grading plans, and construction documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to project management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
