Job Overview
An exciting opportunity to join a major global operator in the Middle East as an Asset Integrity Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of assets across their entire lifecycle — from design through to decommissioning — across a diverse portfolio of facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance to operating sites on asset integrity across all lifecycle phases.

Lead engineering studies to enhance facility performance and ensure safe, reliable operations.

Define asset integrity and process safety objectives, and contribute to the development of internal standards.

Drive the development and execution of Asset Integrity Management Systems (AIMS).

Oversee long-term strategies for AIMS across diverse facilities (e.g., refineries, gas plants, GOSPs, LNG terminals, pipelines).

Benchmark practices against global standards (ASME, API) and drive continuous improvement.

Develop and implement assurance frameworks to verify the effectiveness of technical integrity safeguards.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or Electrical preferred); Master's degree advantageous.

Minimum 20 years of experience in asset integrity engineering within the oil & gas industry.

Strong working knowledge of ASME, API, and other relevant international standards.

Certified Fundamentals of Engineering (F.E.) license holder.

Demonstrated expertise in Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), Fitness-for-Service (FFS), asset life extension, and decommissioning.

Proficiency with Asset Performance Management (APM) tools and digital systems.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Proven ability to work independently and lead within multi-disciplinary teams.
