Area Manager – 3PL Fulfillment Center
Location: Doha, Qatar

We’re looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead operations in a high-volume third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment center. In this role, you’ll oversee key warehouse functions—including inbound, outbound, order fulfillment, and inventory management—while ensuring client SLAs are consistently achieved.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll guide teams, optimize processes, and help deliver operational excellence for multiple clients with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations across assigned functions (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, inventory).

  • Ensure KPIs and client SLAs are consistently met.

  • Lead, develop, and motivate warehouse associates and team leads.

  • Allocate resources effectively based on workload and real-time demand.

  • Monitor WMS/TMS systems for accurate inventory and shipment tracking.

  • Partner with client services and account management to resolve operational challenges.

  • Drive a culture of safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies.

  • Identify and implement process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma practices.

  • Track and report key performance metrics to senior management.

  • Support onboarding of new clients and development of SOPs.

  • Lead warehouse audits, including compliance and client visits.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (certifications or equivalent experience considered).

  • 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, ideally in a 3PL or multi-client environment.

  • Proven leadership experience in high-volume fulfillment operations.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and client service.

  • Proficiency with WMS, TMS, and productivity tracking tools.

  • Solid knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methods.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
