JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is now looking for a person to fill the position as Application Expert - Authorisations in the international Authorisation & Compliance team, in Financial Systems, within Finance Business Support (FBS). You will be one of approx. 12 persons in the team and report to the manager of Authorisation & Compliance. The Application Expert for Authorisations supports to achieve the targets of Authorisation & Compliance team and act as ambassador of the Finance Systems mission and strategy.

Authorisation and Compliance work towards an efficient authorisation and authority support with relevant tools and supporting compliance activities mainly in the SAP ERP area, supported by IAM (identity management) system. We are aiming for a harmonised delivery in all regions and a strong cross border collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with authorisation/authority administration tasks cross regions, partners and other stakeholders. This regards supporting the organisation and handling tickets about access requests and error searching in systems in scope e.g, IAM (Identity management system), SAP (ERP Classic and S4), SRM etc.
  • Act as interface/SPOC towards Business areas, IT, other staff functions and outsourcing supplier and thereby contribute to good relationships and good service towards stakeholders and customers.
  • Support with monitoring and follow up of audit findings, risk and compliance within the scope of the team and FBS.
  • Cooperate with risk owners to reduce risk mainly in the financial scope for example by addressing SoD risks (Segregation of duties) and other critical accesses.
  • Support with business changes e.g. establishment of new companies, closing companies, mergers etc.
  • Participate in development projects within FBS or group-wide / interdisciplinary projects and drive assignments independently.
  • Support the work towards harmonized and standardised authorisation concepts and processes through projects and improvements. Provide process improvement ideas to process experts / process specialists. Aim to automate repetitive and low value adding activities.
  • Support in defining/describing requirements/needs in the area of authorisation management, troubleshooting and development, implementation and test of change requests.
  • Support with development of documentation for processes and tools for the team, FBS and other customers & stakeholders.
  • Execute services with high quality and timeliness of the delivery following common processes, policies and guidelines.

Skills:

  • Completed Swedish Gymnasium
  • 2-4 years of experience from working with SAP Experience from working with authorisations and identity management systems
  • Experience from working with ERP systems Experience or knowledge about financial processes Experience from process development work and project work Ability to take ownership and show commitment and being able to work independently Ability to work in a team and to work proactively and solution oriented Ability to work in large and complex organizations and to handle internal and external interfaces effectively Fluent in Swedish and English (both verbally and written

Language requirements:

  • Swedish and English. Swedish will be used mostly, but English is required for reviewing reading materials and for creating your own documentation and presentation materials (i.e. reading and writing in English).
