Job Title: Analyst - Lease and Contracts Manager
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Analyst - Lease and Contracts Manager to support network expansion in the KSA market. The role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and negotiating fuel station opportunities, managing leases and contracts, and supporting mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will manage pipelines of potential site owners, engage stakeholders, and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate opportunities for fuel stations and related assets in KSA
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential single-site and multi-site owners
- Support mergers and acquisitions of small and large non-licensed companies
- Manage lease and contract negotiations end-to-end
- Conduct market research and maintain a database of potential real estate opportunities
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to support management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 4 years in fuel or retail real estate
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Must be a Saudi national or fluent in Arabic
- Familiarity with legal and contractual aspects of real estate and fuel station operations
- Real Estate Certification accredited by the Saudi Government is required
