Job Description

Administrator in a department, unit, or group. Experience of writing minutes. Personal qualities: accurate, service-oriented, structured. Able to communicate both in written and speaking. Experience of leading and coordinating development in the business.

Manage agreements with landowners (send, follow up and receive)

Manage payments to landowners (compensation for land encroachment)

Manage registration with Lantmäteriet and archiving in systems and projects

Manage communication with landowners, pipeline owners, authorities or other parties where we follow up on the management of land agreements

Collaborate with internal/external resources such as Project Managers, Connection Engineers (swe: Anslutningsingenjör), Electrical network designer (swe: Beredare), the Permit Department and other relevant project members and external contacts (landowners, forest inspectors, municipalities, Lantmäteriet, etc.)

Contribute to updating and developing routines for the assignment as Contract Manager and contribute to process development by suggesting improvements and participating in the development work

At the office in Solna at least three days a week
