Assignment Type: 12-Month Renewable Contract
Working Hours: Part-time – 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (50% workday)

We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Support professional to join a dynamic international team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a global business environment, supporting senior staff with core administrative functions. You'll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly — from managing expenses and bookings to day-to-day coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track invoices, ensuring accurate and timely submissions

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport

  • Prepare and process expense reports, manage receipts, and support reimbursements

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and postal activities

  • Provide administrative assistance to executives and wider team

  • Maintain well-organised records and assist with general office administration

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferred

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is essential

  • Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail

  • Capable of multitasking and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with travel booking systems is beneficial

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
