Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Mandarin-Speaking)

We are partnering with a leading organisation to support the expansion of their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to work within a dynamic and collaborative finance environment, contributing to efficient invoice management and financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out day-to-day Accounts Payable operations with speed and accuracy, including invoice processing, vendor maintenance, payment proposal generation, and payment execution

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the AP function

Manage invoice reconciliation, resolve exceptions, and handle vendor queries effectively

Ensure compliance by following standard operating procedures and internal financial controls

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to improve process effectiveness

Maintain strong documentation and clear communication across teams

Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking

Uphold high levels of customer service in all interactions
Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years in a BPO or shared services environment

Proficiency in MS Office tools and working knowledge of finance systems

Solid understanding of AP processes and finance best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, due to system requirements and documentation in Mandarin
