This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on developing key accounts, winning new business, and strengthening long-term partnerships with major operators and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing key customers

Build a strong understanding of customer operations, challenges, and strategic priorities

Position relevant products and services to support customer objectives and operational performance

Develop and maintain strategic account plans to drive growth, loyalty, and long-term engagement

Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations

Increase market presence by positioning solutions on major projects and strategic opportunities

Collaborate with internal technical, sales, and marketing teams to ensure effective solution delivery and customer support

Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support business strategy

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update pipeline activity within internal business systems

Support quarterly and annual business planning and performance reviews

Promote a strong customer-focused culture, with a commitment to safety, ethics, and operational excellence

Develop relationships with international operators, national oil companies, independent operators, and relevant regulatory bodies
Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline (MBA is advantageous)

Significant experience in the Oil and Gas industry, preferably within the Angolan market

Proven track record in B2B sales and business development

Experience managing strategic or key accounts and delivering measurable growth

Strong experience engaging senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers
