Group CEO

Neil founded Kintec as Kinetic Technical Ltd. in 2001 and has continued to drive the company forward since then. He is a graduate in Economics with over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry.
Barrie Morgans

Technical Director – Global Renewables and Alternative Energy

In 2010, Barrie started as a trainee in our Manchester office. Following a promotion to Senior Consultant and a move to our Qatar office, Barrie has progressed again where he is now running the Kintec Global Renewables Divion as our Technical Director.
Ana Vicente-Fawcett

Director of UK Permanent Division

Ana has been with us since October 2006, when she started as a Trainee Consultant. Having been promoted at each stage, from Trainee to Business Manager, she now heads up and directs our UK Permanent recruitment division.
Richard Ashworth-Lord

Senior Recruitment Manager

Ric has been with us since 2017, starting as a Trainee within our Middle East Division. Achieving a great deal in a short space of time, Ric progressed into a Business Development role within Overseas recruitment division and has now completely relocated to our NYC office.
Susan O’Brien

Operations Manager

Susan manages operational and logistical support across all of our divisions. Since joining us in 2014, she has helped to mobilise contractors, collate documentation and organise insurance claims. She has also been the driving force behind the development of new office registrations across the globe.
Sameer Rashid

Senior Consultant

Having graduated from university in 2012 where he completed a BSc in Business and Financial Management, Sameer joined Kintec and now works on permanent vacancies within our UK permanent division.
