Kintec were engaged by SA to increase their capability of securing skilled refining workers globally. Our remit is to continuously build, and manage, candidate talent pools who meet the technical requirements of SA’s new, and, existing refining facilities across the Kingdom.  Our service has expanded to include company mapping and research assignments, all performed by a dedicated team working shift patterns to secure candidates across Europe, Africa, Asia, and The Americas.  Kin-Tec hold regular workshops globally to attract and expand our talent pools and ensure SA receive the widest, and most suitable, selection of candidates for their on-going hiring campaigns.
