Are you an experienced technical writer with a strong background in drafting service contracts and specifications? We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to support a major player in the energy sector, helping them create comprehensive technical specifications for maintenance and operation contracts.
What You’ll Do:
- Contract Analysis & Documentation: Review and summarize existing operation and maintenance contracts. Use this information to create a clear working foundation for new specifications.
- Collaborative Workshops: Organize and lead workshops with various teams (HSE, operations, maintenance, IT) to gather site-specific needs and incorporate these into the specifications. Be a key contributor with insightful proposals.
- Write Technical Specifications: Translate operational requirements into detailed technical exhibits for the service contract. Ensure all aspects are clear, concise, and aligned with company goals.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with purchasing, legal, and contract teams to ensure the technical exhibits align with the overall contract and company needs.
- Develop Evaluation Criteria: Help define a technical evaluation grid to assess and select service providers for maintenance and operation services.
What You’ll Deliver:
- A thorough analysis of existing contracts and technical scope.
- A defined strategy and scope of work based on workshops and team input.
- Development of technical exhibits for service contracts.
- A comprehensive evaluation grid for selecting O&M services providers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Experience: Experience in writing technical exhibits for service contracts, with the ability to create clear, effective documents.
- Strong Writing Skills: Excellent English writing and summarization skills, capable of presenting complex technical details in an understandable format.
- Workshop Leadership: Skilled at leading brainstorming sessions and synthesizing input from various teams.
- Technical Expertise: A background in engineering (Bac+5) with knowledge of the maintenance and operation of industrial facilities.
