A growing technology organization is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support across a range of products and services. The role supports internal teams, approved service partners, and end users, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide system-level and facility-level technical support to internal teams, service partners, and end users.

  • Manage field incident tasks throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.

  • Support investigations related to root cause analysis, quality issues, and improvement initiatives.

  • Compile and analyze performance data, identifying trends and preparing technical reports.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including service communications and troubleshooting resources.

  • Assist in reviewing and optimizing technical support procedures and workflows.

  • Provide technical assistance for remote monitoring platforms, including troubleshooting and updates.

  • Serve as a liaison between internal groups to coordinate and escalate technical matters.

  • Prepare written technical correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Participate in fieldwork, including on-site support, testing, and customer presentations.

  • Promote collaborative, professional interactions with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with approximately 3–5 years of technical or field support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong technical understanding of relevant products and monitoring systems.

  • Experience with field acceptance testing, data analysis, and common industry tools.

  • Familiarity with applicable safety standards and industry regulations.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in standard office software and enterprise resource platforms.
