Responsibilities:

Landscape Design Leadership: Lead the development of detailed landscape designs, ensuring they meet the project's aesthetic, functional, and environmental requirements. Provide expert guidance on the selection of materials, plant species, and other landscape elements to create sustainable and visually appealing environments.

Site Supervision and Project Management: Oversee the implementation of landscape designs on-site, ensuring all work is carried out according to approved plans, within budget, and on schedule. Manage all landscape-related activities throughout the construction phase, from initial grading to final planting.

Coordination with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with Horticulturists, architects, civil engineers, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of landscape elements with the overall infrastructure. Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination to avoid conflicts and ensure a cohesive design approach.

Quality Control and Compliance: Implement and enforce rigorous quality control procedures for all landscape installations, including hardscapes, softscapes, and irrigation systems. Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations, safety standards, and best practices in landscape architecture.

Client Liaison and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all landscape architecture-related matters, providing clear communication with the client and addressing any concerns or requests. Attend regular meetings with the client and other stakeholders to discuss progress and resolve issues.

Technical Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any technical issues related to landscape architecture that arise during the design or construction phases, coordinating with the design and construction teams to implement effective solutions.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all landscape architecture activities, including design documentation, progress reports, and quality control records. Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and available for project closeout and handover.

Mentorship and Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise a team of landscape architects, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of landscape designs. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
