A leading engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Instrument & Controls Engineer to join a major Export Compressor UCP Upgrade project supporting a zero-routine-flaring initiative. This role involves being seconded directly into the operator's project team, providing technical leadership and engineering oversight throughout the upgrade.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide senior-level Controls & Instrumentation engineering support to a major compressor UCP upgrade.
* Review design deliverables, technical documents, and vendor packages.
* Support project integration, testing, commissioning and assurance activities.
* Collaborate closely with operations, projects and engineering teams to ensure safe and compliant execution.
* Provide technical input throughout project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with industry standards and offshore requirements.
Requirements:
* 10+ years' Controls & Instrumentation engineering and project experience (offshore experience preferred).
* Strong background in compressor controls, instrumentation systems, and project delivery.
* Degree-qualified in a relevant engineering discipline; Chartered status preferred.
* Offshore certification (BOSIET) is a must.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
