Responsibilities:

Horticultural Design and Planning: Lead the development of horticultural plans and designs, ensuring that the selection of plant species, planting strategies, and maintenance practices align with the project's aesthetic, functional, and environmental goals. Provide expert guidance on plant health, soil management, and sustainable practices.

Site Supervision and Project Management: Oversee the implementation of horticultural designs on-site, ensuring that all planting and maintenance activities are executed according to approved plans, within budget, and on schedule. Manage all horticultural activities throughout the project's lifecycle, from soil preparation to ongoing plant care.

Coordination with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with landscape architects, civil engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure that horticultural elements are seamlessly integrated into the overall project design. Facilitate coordination to ensure that plant selections and placements complement the broader landscape and infrastructure goals.

Quality Control and Compliance: Implement and enforce rigorous quality control procedures for all horticultural installations, including the selection of plant materials, planting techniques, and ongoing care practices. Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations, safety standards, and best practices in horticulture.

Client Liaison and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all horticulture-related matters, providing clear communication with the client and addressing any concerns or requests. Attend regular meetings with the client and other stakeholders to discuss progress and resolve any issues related to horticulture.

Technical Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any technical issues related to horticulture that arise during the design or construction phases, coordinating with the project team to implement effective solutions.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all horticultural activities, including design documentation, progress reports, and quality control records. Ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and available for project closeout and handover.

Mentorship and Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise a team of horticulturists and plant specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of horticultural designs. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
