Project Description
This is a medior/ senior profile with a strong Background in Finance.
Key focus areas include:
Create requirements for employee central database (the person will not be able to
work in EC).
Connecting data sources (e.g., SAP / Power BI)
Transitioning from Excel-based processes to scalable tools
Building detailed business cases and tracking implementation
Supporting risk identification (financial & operational) and performance monitoring
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities
Organization Design & Operating Model Development
Translate strategy into clear organizational frameworks and structures
Conduct impact assessments (cost, governance, workforce)
Align with HR, Finance, and leadership for implementation
Data Management, Analytics & Insights (Core Focus)
Connect and consolidate data (SAP and other sources) into Power BI dashboards
Perform deep-dive analysis into workforce and financial data
Translate complex figures into clear, actionable insights
Support scenario modelling and transformation tracking
Ensure data consistency, traceability, and governance across systems
Systems & Process Transformation
Support the transition from Excel to integrated systems/tools
Define and implement system requirements aligned with business needs
Build scalable, structured, and standardized processes
Ensure tools support reporting, governance, and decision-making
Drive continuous improvement and simplification
Reporting, Governance & Business Case Development
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPIs
Develop and present detailed business cases
Track transformation initiatives (diagnostic + implementation progress)
Support compliance and governance frameworks
Identify and assess financial and operational risks
Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Enablement
Collaborate with HRBP, Finance, IT, and business leaders
Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making
Support adoption of new systems and processes
Act as a trusted advisor with a strong analytical and consultative approach
Technical Profile Requirements
Strong analytical profile (Excel and Power BI required)
Experience with:
o Data integration (e.g., SAP)
o HR systems and workforce data
o Transformation projects (diagnostic + implementation tracking is a strong
plus)
Ability to work with complex datasets and build structured insights
Strong system knowledge and ability to define tools and requirements
Non-Technical Profile Requirements
Hands-on, structured, and delivery-focused
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to deep dive into data while maintaining a high-level view
Strong business acumen with financial awareness
Ability to identify risks and translate them into actions

Methodology / Certification Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Finance OR equivalent through experience.
Strong experience in data analysis
Language Requirements
English: Excellent and mandatory
Dutch: a plus
