Job title: Senior Contracts Analyst - Subsurface (Supply Contracts)

Contract duration: 2 years (renewable)
Work location: Doha, Qatar
Work schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop, execute tenders, and provide contract administration support, ensuring contract compliance and corporate controls for best-in-class service delivery at optimal cost to end users.
- The position is responsible for developing, compiling, and producing a portfolio of contracts for services. This position must deal with international and local suppliers and vendors, applying differing terms and conditions, scope of work, pricing structures to meet operational demands while ensuring the best cost for the company. This role operates in highly sensitive commercial environment requiring high level of commercial understanding and high standard of integrity to meet operational demand requirements while ensuring the optimal cost for the corporation.
- Major challenges include (1) Oversight of service contracts with differing terms and conditions; (2) Aligning end users' priorities; and (3) Understanding of market intelligence, contractual and commercial terms to support in the development of optimal negotiation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and Experience: 12 years' experience in Oil & Gas Industry in handling Pre-Contracts activities for Subsurface/Drilling contracts and associated services.
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. Need excellent communication skills.
