Job Title: Report Leader

Assignment Type: Annually Renewable Contract
Location: Lulea, Sweden
Residential / Rotation: 4 weeks on site, 1 week working remote, on rotation. Working 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

Kintec are currently partnered with a multi-national corporation which provides consulting, engineering, and architecture services Internationally constructing a plant in Northern Sweden that will produce Green Steel - Green Steel production emits up to 95% less CO₂ compared conventional steel production.
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Report Leader to coordinate the preparation and delivery of reports within specific projects. This role focuses on collecting, validating, and consolidating data from various technical disciplines, ensuring that reports meet the standards set by the Report Manager. The Report Leader works closely with engineering, planning, and cost control teams to guarantee the accuracy and relevance of operational and progress reports.
Vocational education and training (VET) or University degree and 4 -7 years of Professional experience. Have understanding and experience with of document management methodologies and tools. They are able to support senior consultants in delivering Projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of data from various project disciplines.
- Prepare and update technical, progress, and monitoring reports in line with established standards.
- Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query,Power Bi Report Builder or macros to transform and present data clearly and accurately.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of reports to project teams and stakeholders.
- Support senior consultants and the Report Manager in the preparation of specific reports.
- Evaluates project cost trends and change orders and proposes strategic adjustment for optimization
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes by identifying optimization opportunities.
- Maintain proper traceability of reported information and ensure its correct documentation and storage.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Previous work experience as a Report Leader or similar role. Required experience of 5 years on large complex projects
- Data collection and validation, report generation, Excel / Power BI / macros, document management tools, attention to detail, technical coordination, data transformation, reporting workflows, operational support, and information accuracy.
