Work Schedule: 8 Hours per day/ 5 days a week (60% work from office/ 40% work from office)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our clients internal recruitment team is tasked with handling recruitment assignments from all business units and staff functions within company. Our ambition is to contribute to long-term work on skills supply and to be a reliable partner and advisor to the business.
As a recruitment supporter, your main responsibility is to:
- coordinate and administer the recruitment process for summer jobs, degree projects and internships. This includes collecting the needs of the business, publishing advertisements, making selections and initiating the security clearance process
act as a super user for the recruitment system and be responsible for training other users. Ensuring accurate data entry into the system and generating reports to provide insight into recruitment status, trends, and KPIs
manage and support in system issues and administrative issues related to the recruitment process
Have contact with external suppliers to ensure good quality and integration regarding job ads
be responsible for compiling statistics for external stakeholders such as AMS and Statistics Sweden
monitor and manage recruitment support's email inbox
if necessary, be a support in ongoing recruitment processes

Clients Swedish recruitment team consists of about 35 people. The majority of colleagues are located at CLIENT's head office in Solna, and we also have colleagues in Gothenburg, Forsmark and Luleå.
Skills:
- some experience in HR or administration as well as experience of working with recruitment processes/recruitment systems
good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
ability to work unhindered in both Swedish and English in speech and writing

Education:
Degree from the human resources/HR field or other equivalent education
