Job title: Project Support Coordinator (Communications/Tech/Content Writing)

Accountabilities:
The Job holder is responsible for the management of all internal and external communications related to Major Projects Division and associated projects.
The job holder is responsible for all the technical and Non-technical content writings for Major Projects both at division level and at Company level all along the course of the projects.
As such, the job holder is responsible for:
- General technical writing / editing / technical presentations/support for Major Projects VP and Managers
- Obtain a deep understanding of project activities to translate complex information into simple, polished, and engaging content
- Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with project Leads to understand project requirements
- Prepare the weekly and regular articles for Company TalkTimes and MP TeamTime, Company Newsletters, etc...
- Manage the update of MP Intranet and coordinate with PR for the updates and editing
- Preparation of MP Communication plan in coordination with PR
- Support the projects tender activities as needed
- Organize Major Projects internal/external events, including developing communication plans, preparing event materials, and securing speakers/facilities/activities
- Arrange and facilitate project offshore execution film/video activities and deliverables, as required
- Act as focal point to Public Relations for Major Projects internal company communication activities
- Spearhead special communication-related projects, as assigned
The job holder shall liaise actively with relevant Company entities for the above activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 Years' experience in technical writing preferably for oil & gas industry
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Competence in use of MS Office applications like Excel, Word and Power Point
- Good Communication skills and fluency in English
