Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing planning and scheduling team.

  • Oversee full-cycle planning processes to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of operations.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure planning activities align with business objectives and project requirements.

  • Continuously improve planning systems, tools, and procedures to drive operational performance.

  • Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, continuous improvement, and team development.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive planning experience within chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or upper-tier COMAH regulated environments.

  • Strong proficiency in planning software tools such as Primavera, SAP, Maximo, or equivalent platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.

  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
