Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing planning and scheduling team.

Oversee full-cycle planning processes to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of operations.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure planning activities align with business objectives and project requirements.

Continuously improve planning systems, tools, and procedures to drive operational performance.

Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, continuous improvement, and team development.
Key Requirements

Extensive planning experience within chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or upper-tier COMAH regulated environments.

Strong proficiency in planning software tools such as Primavera, SAP, Maximo, or equivalent platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.

Proven leadership experience, with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
