Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership – Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
Strategic Decision-Making – Act as a key decision-maker for operational challenges, plant optimization, and coordination with external stakeholders.
Production & Reporting – Manage production data, operational reporting, and key performance metrics.
Budget & Maintenance Oversight – Contribute to the operational budget process, including maintenance and shutdown planning.
Training & Development – Support and assess operators, shift supervisors, and superintendents in control system operations (DCS via SCADA).
Emergency & Non-Standard Tasks – Lead plant preparation and execution for non-routine operational activities.
What You’ll Need:
✅ Strong operational experience within high-hazard industrial environments (COMAH site experience preferred).
✅ Proven leadership and decision-making skills in a fast-paced setting.
✅ Knowledge of maintenance strategies, production optimization, and compliance frameworks.
✅ Experience with SCADA/DCS control systems.
✅ Must have EU work authorization (due to visa restrictions).
