Job Title: Charge Point Engineer

Client: Multinational Power Company
Assignment Length: Initial 1 year Contract (possibility of further extension)
Assignment Type: Residential
Work Schedule: 8 Hours per day/ 5 days a week
Job description:
Duties:
- Handle cases of fault-reported charging stations
- Conduct situational analysis in collaboration with team members
- Capture data, discern problems, and drive through solutions
- Deal with ongoing clear communication with customer focus
- Gather and identify appropriate customer feedback to strive towards more efficient processes
Skills:
- Technical problem solving (software, hardware, installation)
- Customer dialogue
- Experience in process development
- Competence in automation/digitalization
- Ability to see the big picture and to improve working methods
Education:
A university or civil engineering degree.
